Women’s Word speaker, Noelle Carter had the honor of speaking with the amazing young women of Hoop Hers Philadelphia.

As a member of Philadelphia Youth Basketballs' Next Gen Committee she was invited to share her Basketball journey with the next generation of student-athletes.

Noelle plans to continue to volunteer in 2023 with the organization as they get ready to open The Alan Horwitz ‘Sixth Man’ Center in the Nicetown neighborhood of North Philadelphia
